VIOS Bison Tug of War: TOW Rakovník's First International Start

TOW Rakovník made its first international start at the VIOS Bison tug of war tournament in the Netherlands — one of Europe's toughest club events, pulling against the continent's elite. Here's how our debut went.

Our ambitions are modest and realistic — winning any pull would be a real success. We’re going mainly to gather experience, learn from the best, and add another piece to the mosaic this sport has to offer.

Our men’s team competes on Friday, the MIX team on Saturday. Thanks to everyone supporting us — fingers crossed!

Before departure we also received excellent new gear — new shoes from Titmouse TOW Shoes and two new vests sent halfway around the world by the Chinese Taipei Tug of War Association. Thank you!
